Return & Refund Policy

At Litt Technologies (“Litt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable power bank rental experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules regarding rentals, returns, and refunds when using our Services.

1. Power Bank Returns

  • Power banks must be returned to a Litt charging station within the rental period specified in the mobile app.

  • A rental is considered complete only when the power bank is successfully docked into a Litt station.

  • If the power bank is not returned on time, additional charges may apply until the unit is returned.

2. Lost or Damaged Power Banks

  • If a power bank is lost, stolen, or returned damaged, a replacement fee will be charged to your account.

  • Replacement fees will be displayed in the mobile app and may vary depending on the type of equipment.

  • Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or exposure to water/fire will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refunds

We provide refunds only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues: If the power bank or station malfunctions and prevents you from using the service.

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same rental.

  • Incorrect billing: If an error occurs with fees displayed or applied.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Rentals exceeding the agreed rental period.

  • Failure to return a power bank.

  • User negligence, misuse, or intentional damage.

  • Situations beyond Litt’s control (e.g., device compatibility issues, drained personal device battery).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Rentals cannot be canceled once a power bank has been successfully checked out from a station.

  • If you start a rental by mistake, please return the power bank immediately to avoid additional charges.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction:

7. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be updated with a new “Effective Date” and posted in our app and website.
